hit and run. damn you!

sangat stress. parking elok-elok dalam parking lot pun kereta kena langgar jugak. sangat bodoh ok orang yang buat ni. memang tak aman lah hidup orang tu. totally sakai. dah langgar kereta orang, blah je kan? vavi bajingan betul.



STRESS SANGAT!!


tak pepasal kena kuar duit nak pegi repair. tak betulkan, karat pulak kereta nanti. huhuhuhu

jaga elok-elok pun,  tetap tak selamat dari sakai suka suki langgar kereta orang ni. vodo to the max.


STRESS sebab nak marah tapi taktau nak marah siapa.

Digi Prepaid sucks big time!

I'm using Digi Prepaid for my blackberry services. I'm currently subscribing the daily unlimited plan, which is rm2/day. The plan works fine with me before, but tonight it was hell. I'm browsing the same websites as I did for previous days.doing nothing else. Then while I'm playing pc games, suddenly there was sms from Digi came in. I checked the sms and I've been notified that "Your internet usage has reached RM8 today.bla bla bla..", and I was like WTH?!!!! Then I called to the customer service. First attempt, call failed. Second attempt, still failed. On third attempt, got through but have to wait up to 10 minutes just to get hold to customer service personnel. Really pisses me off.

After that, when I were finally been entertained by the cs, I asked to her why my credit was deducted RM8 when I'm already subscribing the unlimited daily plan for my blackberry. She answered by telling me that maybe I'm not using blackberry.net for browsing, but instead something else. This is tested me to the fullest. I'm certainly sure that I had set my browser to use the blackberry.net and not other else.

Also I'm asking her, why tonight this case is happened? Why the other days it were working fine? And as good cs she can be, she answered, " oh maybe it is because the web you are browsing. It doesn't matter what plan you are using, you still can be charge RM8 at any time". Motherf****r. What answer was that? I'm not doing any change. I was browsing the same pages, and now I've been charged extra? I'm asking her again about this, and she was like losing control when she answered me with this question, "What else you want me to tell you?". Dem you cs. Dem you Digi.

As a customer, I'm not happy with the answers given. As a Digi's customer service personnel, you should know what answers you are giving to customer. Please don't use the word maybe, then act like Digi's system is all perfect. Vodo to the max.

AAK - Ada Aku Kisah

Tadi pi kuar potong rambut.biasala, dah panjang ala-ala rimas ni,jadi nak bagi pendek sikit.kali terakhir potong rambut em 3 bulan lepas rasanya. Saya pi kedai biasa lah.senang,dah tau style dia potong rambut kan. Kedai ni well kedai biasa, bayar dulu baru potong. Saya pun kuarkan jumlah duit seperti biasa, RM15. Tiba-tiba amoi tukang gunting tu panggil saya, dan dia cakap," sekalang sulah anamblas linggit maaa.naik halega bulan ampat ooo". Ok, respon automatik saya,"amboi,cepatnya naik harga".ya, saya bersuara pada amoi tu. Tp yelah apakan daya,dah mmg nak potong rambut kat kedai tu kan.saya bayar jelaa...

Sepanjang rambut kena gunting, saya memikirkan laa kenapa nak kena naik harga.still orang yang sama potong rambut. Equipment yang sama.kerusi yang sama. Takde pun naik harga dan customer dapat air free secawan.saya amat pasti takde perubahan waima satu benda sekalipun. pastu saya pandang mesin-mesin sekeliling saya.oh ni mesti naik harga sebab tarif elektrik naik. Ok dah takmo pikir.eh eh jap, elektrik naik kan baru ni je. 1 jun ritu. Bil baru pun belum dapat lg. Jadi naik sebab apa? Sebab harga gula naik ke? Ke sebab RON97 naik? Potong rambut guna petrol ke skrg? Ayoyo sampai ke sudah tak dapat jawapan. Bila saya tanya amoi tu, dia jawap, "aiya ini harga naik selinggit saje.masih manyak mulah". Peh gaya jawab dah macam menteri beb.

Dan lepas sudah potong rambut, sebelum masuk kereta, saya akhirnya berjaya mendapat kesimpulan hasil pemikiran epik saya di kedai tersebut, iaitu konklusinya, naaa tak perlu sebab untuk sesiapa naikkan harga barang/servis yang dia jual/provide. Sebabnya tiada siapa kisah. Yang dapat beban cuma end customer macam saya.hai nasib badan. Pasni belaja potong rambut sendiri la kot.letak tupperware atas kepala, dan potong rambut yang selebihnya. Cun jugak kan. Hahahahaha *gelak sedih*

Hari Kejadian

Yesterday was my birthday. berumur awal 30-an buat saya rasa agak down. Bukan rasa down sebab kedut atau gendut yang semakin bertambah.tapi down sebab umur yang bertambah, sedangkan diri saya ni tetap di tahap yang sama. Masih kurang berharta, masih di tahap miskin di ibu kota sedangkan kebanyakan sahabat seusia dah berada di tahap stabil dan selesa.emmm...

Tapi apapun, rasa bersyukur tu kena ada kan. Alhamdulillah saya masih bernafas dan masih meneruskan perjuangan hidup. Terima kasih atas segala nikmat dari-Nya. Semoga saya sentiasa dalam peliharaan rahmat-Nya.aminnn..
